Sheriff's Office posts latest incidents and arrests

WESTOVER - The Somerset County Sheriff's Office reports the following incidents and arrests.

Don Benjamin Ballard of Princess Anne, arrested 8-17-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Ballard was later held without bond.

 

Troy E. Smith Sr. of Salisbury, arrested 8-18-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Smith was later held on a $5,000 bond.

 

Steven Michael Ewell of Crisfield, arrested 8-21-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Ewell was later held without bond.

 

Michelle Lee Mullican of Salisbury, arrested 8-24-15 on a warrant for 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and malicious destruction of property. Mullican was later released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.

 

William Matthew Green of Pocomoke, criminal summons served  8-24-15 for trespassing. Green was released on signature pending court actions

 

Jenny Marie Travis of Princess Anne, arrested 8-25-15 on a warrant for disturbing the peace, and induce/inhibit testimony, also a criminal summons for trespassing. Travis was later held on a $7,500 bond.

 

Lakeshia Lynn Selby of Pocomoke, criminal summons served 8-25-15 for disturbing the peace, reckless endangerment, and malicious destruction of property. Selby was later released on signature pending court actions.

 

David Anthony Cooper of Princess Anne, criminal summons served 8-25-15 for 2nd degree assault. Cooper was later released on signature pending court actions.

 

Cristy Michelle Cox of Pocomoke, criminal summons served 8-25-15 for 2nd degree assault, disorderly conduct, and affray (fighting). Cox was later released on signature pending court actions.

 

Dorothea Michelle Robinson of Princess Anne, criminal summons served 8-25-15 for 2nd degree assault, and reckless endangerment. Robinson was later released on signature pending court actions.

 

Paul Gregory Speck of Harrisonburg Virginia, arrested 8-25-15 for driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving while impaired by alcohol. Speck was later released on signatures pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic accident investigation conducted by Deputies in the area of Allen Rd at Peggy Neck Rd.

 

Robert Jackson Huether of Painter Virginia, arrested 8-29-15 for carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle. Huether was later released on personal recognizance pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Ocean Highway, Westover where Deputies recovered a loaded 9mm semi automatic  pistol from a passengers door storage area.

 

Tony Locklear of Marion Rd, arrested 8-30-15 for consuming alcohol in a vehicle. Locklear was later released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by Deputies in the area of Crisfield Highway and Kingston Lane.

 

Sean Patrick Kable of Princess Anne, arrested 8-30-15 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving impaired by alcohol, driving on a suspended driver’s license, and negligent driving. Kable was later released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies in the area of Crisfield Highway, and Kingston Lane.

 

Arnon Loral Hill of Philadelphia, arrested 8-31-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Hill was later held without bond.

 

Jake Dakotah Poole of Crisfield, arrested 8-28-15 on a warrant for violation of probation. Poole was later held on a $20,000 bond.

 

Kerri Eugenia Vaughan of Princess Anne, arrested 9-1-15 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Vaughan was later held on a $1,000 bond.
