SALISBURY - Sandra Kay Harrell died Saturday, Mar. 4, 2017, at her home in Salisbury with family members at her bedside. She was born in Indianapolis, the only child of George A. and Lulu M. Fulkerson Pennock. She was a graduate of Butler University.
Her first husband, Richard W. Roberts, died in an automobile accident in 1965. She married John L. Harrell in 1969. In 2006, she and her husband moved from Frederick to Salisbury.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jeffrey; and three infant children.
She is survived by her husband; a son, Bruce; and three grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Saturday, Mar. 11, 2017, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church. Internment was the following day at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Frederick.
Arrangements are in the care of Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury.
