DELMAR - Rose A. Moore died at her home on Monday, Apr. 10, 2017. Born Mar. 19, 1937, in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Rose Baker. She spent many years working at Harvard Custom Manufacturing in Salisbury and was a member of First Baptist Church in Delmar. She enjoyed bowling in leagues at Wicomico and Cherokee Lanes in Salisbury. She is survived by her son, Jay H. Moore of Salisbury; sisters, Helene Gilbert of Delmar and Lois McAllister of Milford; a brother, Raymond Baker Jr. of New Hampshire; four grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Moore; a son, Jerry "Little Jerry" Moore Jr.; daughters, Jody L. Justice and Cathy A. Dennis; and a brother, Harvey "Butch" Baker. A funeral service was held Monday, Apr. 17, 2017, at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Interment was in St. Stephens Cemetery in Delmar.
