WESTOVER — An interest meeting to start planning for the 23rd annual Somerset Relay For Life, now the Somerset County and Pocomoke Relay For Life, is 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18 at Great Hope Golf Course.
Team and committee leaders are especially wanted to attend in advance of the kick-off meeting which will be held in January.
Come share your ideas for next year’s Relay, currently set for Saturday, May 23 at Washington High School. This is the largest single fundraiser for the American Cancer Society and the goal for next year is $50,000. For more information contact Ashley Webb at ashley.webb@cancer.org or call 410-749-1635.
