COLLEGE PARK, MD - Reginald Calvert Orem, Jr., son of the late Reginald C. Orem and Hazel Robinson Orem, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Nov. 10, 2013, at his home in College Park, Md. "Reg", was born in Baltimore, Md., on July 24, 1931. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Edith Freund Orem; two sons, John C. Orem and wife (Donna), of Hughesville, Md., Thomas E. Orem and wife (Debra), of Gaithersburg, Md.; and one daughter, Jessica E. McCallister and husband (Richard), of Silver Spring, Md. Reg was also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Leah O. Gore and husband (Oliver), of Cambridge, Md., and Regina Kintner and husband (Floyd), of Baltimore, Md.
