Red trout catch and release tourney returns for fourth year
CRISFIELD — The fourth annual Red Trout Catch and Release Tournament in Crisfield is Friday through Sunday, Sept. 23-25 with American Legion Post 16 being the local host. Sponsored by Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Maryland, registration is online at www.ccamd.org or locally at Wink’s Sporting Goods in Princess Anne or L.E. Hitch and Sons in Eden.
There are various divisions, from power boat to kayak to one for kids. There are prizes for the longest overall red trout, speckled trout and striped bass with winner-take-all Calcutta options as well. For more details contact Brad Taylor at bat16taylor@gmail.com.
