BALTIMORE – A public hearing for comment will be held on February 3, 2016 at 7 p.m. in the matter of the application of OneEnergy Ibis Solar, LLC to construct a 6 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility on Plantation Road in Somerset County. The application has been docketed by the Maryland Public Service Commission as Case No. 9392. Case filings and associated pleadings in the matter are available in the electronic docket file (9392) which may be viewed or downloaded at www.psc.state.md.us.
The hearing will be held at the Somerset County Civic Center, 11828 Crisfield Lane in Princess Anne. Members of the public who wish to comment on the matter are welcome to attend the proceeding before Public Utility Law Judge Ryan C. McLean.
Members of the public unable to attend the hearing may submit written comments by February 25, 2016 to:
