Provisional visit to make first visit to St. Paul's in Marion

MARION — The Rt. Rev. Henry Nutt Parsley Jr., Bishop Provisional of the Diocese of Easton, will be making his first yearly visit to St. Paul’s Episcopal Church here 11 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16. He will be celebrating the Holy Eucharist for the Twenty-Third Sunday after Pentecost, included with the service will be the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Bishop Parsley was nominated in May and installed in June to succeed the retiring Bishop Bud Shand.

All members and guests are encouraged to attend to welcome Bishop Parsley and a luncheon prepared by the Ladies of St. Paul’s will follow the service. The church is located on the corner of St. Paul’s Church Road and Farm Market Road in Marion.
