PRINCESS ANNE — The Princess Anne Police Department posts the following incidents and arrests.

 

  • On 11-14-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested two 12 year old juveniles of Princess Anne Maryland and one 14 year old juvenile of Princess Anne Maryland for malicious destruction of property. The arrests stemmed from a malicious destruction of property complaint at the Princess Anne Townhouses located off of Pine Knoll Drive. The juveniles had damaged five vehicles and were charged with five counts of malicious destruction of property less than $1,000.00. The juveniles were released into the care of a guardian and the case is being referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 11-13-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Jhazmine Shaleigh Dinkins, 21, of Baltimore Maryland with a District Court Criminal Summons.       The criminal summons charged Dinkins with assault second degree from an incident that occurred on 9-20-15.

 

  • On 11-10-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Joseph Robert Briscoe, 20, of Princess Anne Maryland with a Circuit Court Indictment.       The indictment charged Briscoe with assault second degree along with rape second degree and related sex offenses from an incident that occurred in March of 2015. Briscoe was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 11-10-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Raymond Jacob Murray, 60, of Princess Anne Maryland with a District Court Arrest Warrant. The warrant charged Murray with twelve counts of indecent exposure that occurred in October of 2015. Murray was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $50,000.00 bond.
