PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Chief of Police Tim Bozman releases the following incidents and arrests report.

 

 

  • On 8-5-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Norihito Saginoya, 51, of Princess Anne, Maryland for violation of a protective order. The arrest stemmed from a domestic dispute complaint at 11513 Beckford Avenue.  Saginoya was charged with violating an exparte /protective order.  Saginoya was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Saginoya on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 8-5-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Terry Lee Tucker, 46, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree. The arrest stemmed from a domestic dispute complaint at 11513 Beckford Avenue.  Tucker was charged with assault second degree.  Tucker was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Tucker on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 7-31-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Joel Thomas Collins, 50, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault 1st The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint at 11825 Beechwood Street.  Collins was charged with assault 1st degree, assault 2nd degree, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment, and attempted 1st degree rape.  Collins was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued no bond.  Collins was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 7-30-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Brandon Maurice Selby, 31, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court bench warrant for failure to appear. Selby was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Selby on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 7-29-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served a 15-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding juvenile retake order. The juvenile was released into the custody of the Department of Juvenile Services at the Lower Eastern Shore Children’s Center.

 

  • On 7-27-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged a 15-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with theft less than $1,000.00. The charge stemmed from a theft complaint at the Princess Anne Library, located at 11767 Beechwood Street.  The case has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 7-25-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Alysha Deshay Batson, 26, of Princess Anne, Maryland with theft less than $100.00. The charge stemmed from a theft complaint at the Family Dollar Store, located at 30408 Mt. Vernon Road.  Batson was subsequently released from custody upon being issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100.00.

 

  • On 7-25-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Lakiesha Renee Collins, 28, of Princess Anne, Maryland for theft of vehicle registration plates. The charge stemmed from a traffic stop where Collins was found to be the operator.  Collins was charged with theft less than $100.00 and subsequently released from custody upon being issued a criminal citation.
