PRINCESS ANNE Princess Anne Police Department Chief Tim Bozman reports the following incidents and arrests.

  • On 4-9-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Robert Perry Jackson Jr., 19, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court arrest warrant. The warrant was in reference to an incident that occurred earlier on 4-9-16 at the Talon’s Square South apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Jackson was charged with malicious destruction of property less than $1,000.00 and assault 2nd  Jackson was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a temporary commitment.  Jackson was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 4-7-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Andrew Jackson, 19, of Princess Anne, Maryland with a District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons was in reference to an incident that occurred in November of 2015 where Jackson was charged with theft less than $1,000.00 and theft scheme less than $1,000.00.

 

  • On 4-6-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Deandrea Chandel Scott, 22, of Springdale, Maryland with two District Court bench warrants for failure to appear. Scott was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued $1,000.00 unsecure bond in both cases.

 

  • On 4-4-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Paula Kay Lawson, 62, of Westover, Maryland with a District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on 2-17-16 where Lawson was charged with selling an alcoholic beverage to a minor.
