Princess Anne Police report latest incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — The Princess Anne Police report the following incidents and arrests for the period of Jan. 23-29, 2017.

 

  • On 1-29-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Derrick James Henderson, 23, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree.  The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint located at 30729 Antioch Avenue Extended.  Henderson was charged with assault second degree and was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $10,000.00 bond.  Henderson was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 1-28-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Emmanuel Namor Dejesus Garcia, 31, of Jamaica, New York for assault second degree.  The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint located at 11657 Beechwood Street.  Garcia was charged with assault second degree and was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $25,000.00 bond.  Garcia was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 1-26-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Derrick Justin Thompson, 20, District Heights, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Thompson with three counts of theft less than $100.00, one count of theft less than $1,000.00, and conspiracy to commit theft under $1,000.00.  The charges were in reference to an incident that occurred at the Food Lion store, located at 12158 Brittingham Lane on 12-14-16.  Thompson was released from custody upon being served his copy of the criminal summons.

 

  • On 1-24-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Aaron Devin Jones, 32, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The arrest warrant charged Jones with assault second degree in reference to an incident that occurred on 1-18-17 at 30615 Pine Knoll Drive.  Jones was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $10,000.00 unsecure bond.

 

  • On 1-23-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Latoya Denise Jackson, 25, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court bench warrant out of Wicomico County.  Jackson was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 unsecure bond.

 

  • On 1-23-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Troy Eugene Obrien, 47, of Princess Anne, Maryland with trespassing.  The charge stemmed from a trespassing complaint at the Food Lion store, located at 12158 Brittingham Lane.  Obrien was issued a criminal citation and was released from custody.
