PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Timothy Bozman announces the latest incidents and arrests through his department.

• On 5-28-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Andre Demetris Dennis, 41, of Princess Anne, Maryland for trespassing.  The arrest stemmed from a panhandling complaint at the Royal Farms store located at 30452 Mt. Vernon Road.  Dennis was observed on the property after being barred from the property on several past occasions.  Dennis was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and a civil citation for solicitation.  Dennis was released from custody upon being issued his citations.

• On 5-23-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested a 15 year old juvenile for assault 2^nd degree.  The arrest stemmed from a disturbance complaint at 30472 Broad Street.  The juvenile was charged with assault 2^nd degree, affray, resisting arrest, malicious destruction of property, and disorderly conduct.  The Department of Juvenile Services was contacted and the juvenile was subsequently released into the custody of a guardian.
• On 5-20-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Andre Maurice Scott, 22, of Gaithersburg, Maryland for theft less than $100.00.  The arrest stemmed from a theft complaint at the Royal Farms store located at 30452 Mt. Vernon Road.  Scott was issued a criminal citation for theft less than $100.00 and was subsequently released from custody.
• On 5-20-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Andre Demetris Dennis, 41, of Princess Anne, Maryland for trespassing.  The arrest stemmed from an officer observing Dennis on the property of the Royal Farms store located at 30452 Mt. Vernon Road after being barred from the property on several past occurrences.  Dennis was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and was subsequently released from custody.

• On 5-17-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Kerri Eugenia Vaughan, 51, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court Arrest Warrant.  The warrant charged Vaughan with two counts of alcohol beverage/intoxicated:endanger, and one count of alcoholic beverage prohibited public place.  The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred on 5-7-16 on Somerset Avenue near Washington Street.  Vaughn was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $2,500.00 bond.  Vaughn was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

• On 5-16-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Ebony Viola Jones, 24, of Princess Anne, Maryland an outstanding District Court Criminal Summons.  The criminal summons charged Jones with neglect of a minor.  The charge stemmed from an incident that occurred on 2-21-16 at 11691 Beechwood Street.
