Princess Anne Police post recent incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman posts the latest incidents and arrests from his department.

  • On 9-18-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Bryce Mark Davis, 19, of Fort Washington, Maryland and Mark Kendall Smith, 18, of Randallstown, Maryland with possession of marijuana under 10 grams. The charges stemmed from a traffic stop where Davis and Smith were found to be occupants of the vehicle.  Both Davis and Smith were issued civil citations for possession of marijuana under 10 grams and was subsequently released from custody.

 

  • On 9-17-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Zakaria Yousifu Toure, 25, of Princess Anne, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event. The charge stemmed from a large crowd/party complaint in the Talons Square South apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Toure was issued a civil citation and was released from the scene.

 

  • On 9-8-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Kerl Fonyuy Oben, 22, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons charged Oben with malicious destruction of property less than $1,000.00 from an incident that occurred on  9-7-16 in the Talons Square South apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Oben was released upon being issued his copies of the criminal summons.

 

  • On 9-7-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Tanya Mahoney, 26, of Delmar, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons charged Mahoney with assault 2nd degree from an incident that occurred on 5-2-16.  Mahoney was released upon being issued her copies of the criminal summons.

 

  • On 9-6-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Carlos Antonio Schoolfield, 39, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court arrest warrant. The arrest warrant charged Schoolfield with assault 2nd degree, malicious destruction of property less than $1,000.00, disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and affray.  The charges stemmed from an incident that occurred on 7-28-16 at the Goose Creek store located at 30293 Mt. Vernon Road. Schoolfield was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 unsecure bond.

 

  • On 9-6-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Janice Lorraine Bounds, 56, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons charged Bounds with assault second degree from an incident that occurred on 8-29-16 at 11491 Beckford Avenue.  Bounds was released upon being issued her copies of the criminal summons.
