Princess Anne Police post latest incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman announces the latest incidents and arrests.

 

  • On 5-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Stephan Nathaniel Jenkins, 24, of Fruitland, Maryland and Akeem Khallid Claggett, 21, of Princess Anne, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from a large crowd / disturbance complaint in the Arden’s Run apartment complex located at 30630 UMES Boulevard.  Jenkins and Claggett were issued civil citations and released from the scene. This is the first time the new "social host" ordinance has been used. The municipal infraction was adopted by the Town Commissioners April 4 and calls for a $500 fine.

 

  • On 5-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Jeffrey Michelet Francois, 21, of Princess Anne, Maryland for disorderly conduct.  The arrest stemmed from a large crowd / disturbance complaint in the Arden’s Run apartment complex located at 30630 UMES Boulevard.  Francois was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order.  Francois was released from custody upon being issued his criminal citations.

 

  • On 4-26-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Bryan Waters Sr., 46, of Princess Anne, Maryland, with an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The warrant charged Waters Sr. with harassment in regards to an incident that occurred in December of 2015.  Waters Sr. was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Waters Sr. on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 4-25-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Crystal Carole Waters, 48, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Waters with reckless endangerment, making a false statement of an officer, obstructing and hindering, and false imprisonment.  The charges stemmed from an incident that occurred on 3-22-16.  Waters signed for her criminal summons.

 

  • On 4-23-16, the Princess Anne Police Department served Carlos Lamonte Wise, 41, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The warrant charged Wise with three counts of theft less than $100.00 and one count of theft $1,000.00 to under $10,000.00.  The charges stemmed from an incident that occurred on 4-8-16.   Wise was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued an unsecure $5,000.00 bond.
