Princess Anne Police post latest incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman announces the following incidents and arrests.

  • On 12-12-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Bella Barry, 21, of Silver Spring, Maryland, for disorderly conduct. The arrest stemmed from officers responding to a large crowd at the Arden’s Run apartment complex located at 30630 UMES Boulevard. Barry was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order. Barry was issued two criminal citations and was released from custody.

 

  • On 12-12-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Floyd Thomas Bivens Jr., 49, of Princess Anne, Maryland, for assault first degree. The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint that occurred in the area of West Post Office Road on 12-11-15. Bivens Jr. was charged with assault first degree, assault second degree, reckless endangerment, and affray. Bivens Jr. was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $75,000.00 bond. Bivens Jr. was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 12-9-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Crystal Tynell Brinson, 35, of Salisbury, Maryland, with an outstanding District Court bench warrant from Anne Arundel County for failure to appear. Brinson was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Brinson on an unsecure bond.

 

  • On 12-9-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Patricia Marie Wooten, 34, of Princess Anne, Maryland, and Matthew James Thompson, 28, of Salisbury, Maryland, for burglary. The arrests stemmed from a burglary investigation that occurred at the Princess Anne Townhouses on 12-8-15. Thompson was charged with first, third, and fourth degree burglary along with theft less than $1,000.00. Wooten was charged with first, third, and fourth degree burglary along with theft less than $1,000.00 and obstructing and hindering. Both Thompson and Wooten were seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $100,000.00 bond on Thompson and a $25,000.00 bond on Wooten. Both Thompson and Wooten were released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 12-8-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Dontrell Lamonte Braxton, 20, of Princess Anne, Maryland, with two outstanding District Court bench warrants for failure to appear. Braxton was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $10,000.00 bond. Braxton was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 12-8-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Shawna Auntee Maddox, 34, of Princess Anne Maryland for assault first degree. The arrest stemmed from an incident that occurred near 30733 Division Street. Maddox was charged with two counts of first degree assault, two counts of second degree assault, and two counts of reckless endangerment. Maddox was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $200,000.00 bond.
