Princess Anne Police post latest arrests and investigations

PRINCESS ANNE — Police Chief Tim Bozman reports the following incidents and arrest by the Princess Anne Police Department.

  • On 10-14-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Fitzi George Mclymont, 38, of Princess Anne, Maryland and Ikisha Chanell Bellamy, 30, of Princess Anne, Maryland for burglary first degree.  The arrests stemmed from a disturbance complaint at 30711 West Post Office Road.  Mclymont was charged with burglary 1st degree, burglary 3rd degree, burglary 4th degree, and burglary 4th degree-tools and Bellamy was charged with burglary 1st degree, burglary 3rd degree, burglary 4th degree, burglary 4th degree-tools, 2 counts of fail to obey a reasonable and lawful order, and obstructing and hindering.  Both Mclymont and Bellamy were seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $40,000.00 bond for Mclymont and released Bellamy on personal recognizance.  Mclymont was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 10-10-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Gabriel Desean Bailey, 25, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree.  The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint at 30446 Pine Street.  Bailey was charged with assault second degree.  Bailey was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $7,500.00 bond.  Bailey was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 10-9-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Kristina Leigh Pepper, 28, of Princess Anne, Maryland and Donna Lee Pryor, 59, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree.  The arrest stemmed from an assault complaint at 12251 Anne’s Way.  Both Pepper and Pryor were charged with assault second degree.  Both Pepper and Pryor were seen by a District Court Commissioner who were released on $10,000.00 unsecure bonds.

 

  • On 10-6-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Rebecca Faith Cakar, 44, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court bench warrant.  The bench warrant was out of Worcester County for failure to appear.  Cakar was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Cakar on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 10-6-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Davaughn Jamar Collins, 21, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The arrest warrant charged Collins with telephone misuse which stemmed from an incident that occurred on 9-22-16.  Collins was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Collins on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 10-4-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Awad Mohamed Elawad, 27, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree.  The arrested stemmed from an assault complaint located at 30500 Riggin Street.  Elawad was charged with assault second degree and was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Elawad on personal recognizance.

 

  •  On 10-2-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Zakaria Yousifu Toure, 26, of Princess Anne, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from officers observing a large crowd/party on 10-1-16 and then on 10-2-16 in the Talons Square South apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Toure was issued two civil citations and was released from the scene.

 

  • On 10-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Hamadi Abdu Brown, 21, of Baltimore, Maryland, Jayrese John Jones, 23, of Brandywine, Maryland, Chukwubuike Sochima Ofoche, 18, of Abingdon, Maryland, and Joshua Adedamola Orebiyi, 20, of Silver Spring, Maryland with hosting a neighborhood nuisance and unruly social event.  The charge stemmed from Officers observing a large crowd/party in an apartment in the “K” building of the Arden’s Run apartment complex located off of UMES Boulevard.  Brown, Jones, Ofoche, and Orebivi were issued a civil citation and were released from the scene.

 

  • On 10-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Million Seyoure Tsadik, 34, of Princess Anne, Maryland with selling tobacco to a minor.  The charge stemmed from Officers conducting tobacco compliance checks at stores located in the Princess Anne area.  Tsadik was issued a civil citation for selling a tobacco product to a minor at the Royal Farms store located at 30452 Mt. Vernon Road.

 

  • On 10-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department charged Jesu Raj Pondya, 29, of Princess Anne, Maryland with selling tobacco to a minor.  The charge stemmed from Officers conducting tobacco compliance checks at stores located in the Princess Anne area.  Pondya was issued a civil citation for selling a tobacco product to a minor at the Kash and Karry store located at 12020 Somerset Avenue.

 

  • On 10-1-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Amber Michelle Priddy, 31, of Princess Anne, Maryland for an outstanding District Court bench warrant out of Elkton, Maryland.  Priddy was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Priddy on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 9-27-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Thomas Edward Bowen III, 34, of Princess Anne, Maryland for indecent exposure.  The arrest stemmed from a complaint of a prowler in the area of 11633 Church Street.  Officers met with residents in the area and found that the prowler had exposed himself to residents.  The prowler was located and identified as Bowen III.  Bowen III was charged with indecent exposure, CDS-inhale harmful substance, and theft less than $100.  Bowen III was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000 bond.  Bowen III was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 9-26-16, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Jadeen Sherlock Wallop, 34, of Princess Anne, Maryland for an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The arrest warrant charged Wallop with two counts of assault second degree and two counts of reckless endangerment in reference to an incident that occurred on 9-23-16 at 11634 Foxwell Lane.  Wallop was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued at $50,000 bond.  Wallop was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
