Princess Anne Police post latest arrest, incident reports

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman posts the following incidents and arrests.

  • On 10-27-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Xavier Alexander Price, 23, of Clinton, Maryland with driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest stemmed from a motor vehicle crash investigation in the parking lot of Caesar’s Pizza Palace, located at 12303 Somerset Avenue. Price was found to be the at-fault driver and was charged with driver failure to stop at stop sign line, driving vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving vehicle while impaired by alcohol, and negligent driving. Price was subsequently released from custody upon being issued his citations.
  • On 10-25-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Bradford Lesley Tilghman, 51, of Princess Anne, Maryland with three outstanding District Court arrest warrants. The arrest warrants charged Tilghman with several offenses from incidents that occurred on 9-25-17, 10-1,17, and 10-5-17. Tilghman was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued no bond. Tilghman was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
  • On 10-23-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Richard Douglas Reynolds, 69, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons. The criminal summons charged Reynolds with driving a motor vehicle within 12 hours after arrest for violation of TR 21-902. Reynolds was released from custody upon receiving his copy of the criminal summons.
