Princess Anne Police make first degree assault arrest

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman announces the following arrest.

 

  • On 9-11-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Richard Joseph Rusch, 25, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court arrest warrant. The arrest warrant charged Rusch with assault first degree, assault second degree, reckless endangerment, threat of arson, theft $1,000.00 to under $10,000.00, and theft less than $1,000.00 in regards to an incident that occurred on 9-7-17. Rusch was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $20,000.00 bond. Rusch was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
