Princess Anne Police list latest incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE - Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman announces the latest incidents and arrests.

 

  • On 5-7-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged a 12-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with assault second degree and affray. The charges stemmed from a confrontation involving a group of juveniles in the area of 11657 Beechwood Street.  The case has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 5-7-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged an 11-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with affray. The charge stemmed from a confrontation involving a group of juveniles in the area of 11657 Beechwood Street.  The case has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 5-5-17, the Princess Anne Police Department responded to 11513 Beckford Avenue in reference to an assault. Investigation revealed that the suspect assaulted the victim with a knife during a physical altercation over property.  The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival and the victim was transported to PRMC for medical treatment.  The suspect was identified as Elishah Demitrez Dixon, 19, of Princess Anne, Maryland.  There is an outstanding District Court arrest warrant for Dixon in regards to this incident.

 

  • On 5-5-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Andrew Jackson, 20, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court arrest warrant. The arrest warrant charged Jackson with theft less than $1,000.00 in regards to an incident that occurred on 4-21-17 at the Food Lion store, located at 12158 Brittingham Lane.  Jackson was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Jackson on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 5-4-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Donna Rose Talya Bagaloo, 23, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court bench warrant for failure to appear out of Wicomico County. Bagaloo was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Bagaloo on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 5-4-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested a 15-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland for robbery. The arrest was in reference to a robbery investigation that occurred on 4-28-17 in the area of 30632 Hampden Avenue.  The juvenile was charged with robbery, assault 2nd degree, reckless endangerment, theft under $1,000.00, affray, and disorderly conduct.  The juvenile was released into the custody of a guardian and the case has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 5-4-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested a 15-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland for robbery. The arrest was in reference to a robbery investigation that occurred on 4-28-17 in the area of 30632 Hampden Avenue.  The juvenile was charged with robbery, assault 2nd degree, reckless endangerment, theft under $1,000.00, affray, and disorderly conduct.  The juvenile was also found to have an outstanding retake warrant and was released into the custody of the Department of Juvenile Services.

 

  • On 5-3-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Clifton Charles Somers, 56, of Fruitland, Maryland for driving while under the influence of alcohol. The arrest stemmed from a crash investigation where Somers was found to be the at fault driver of a crash that occurred at Route 13 and Mt. Vernon Road.  Somers was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under the influence of alcohol per se, driving while impaired, negligent driving, and failure to control speed to avoid a collision.  Somers was released from custody upon signing for his citations.

 

  • On 5-3-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Chellie Marie Jones, 60, of Princess Anne, Maryland for assault second degree. The arrest stemmed from a disturbance at the Go-Getters office located at 11559 Somerset Avenue.  Jones was charged with assault second degree and seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Jones on personal recognizance.
