Princess Anne Police incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — Princess Anne Police Chief Tim Bozman posts the latest incidents and arrests.

  • On 1-20-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Kye Adrenna Green, 19, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Green with burglary fourth degree in reference to an incident that occurred on 1-2-17 at 30554 Hampden Avenue.  Green was released from custody upon signing for the criminal summons.

  • On 1-19-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Nicholas Gavin Holloway, 21, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Holloway with assault second degree in reference to an incident that occurred on 11-30-16 at the Talons Square South apartment complex.  Holloway was released from custody upon signing for the criminal summons.

  • On 1-19-17, the Princess Anne Police Department served Maurice Mckinley Turner III, 23, of Princess Anne, Maryland with an outstanding District Court criminal summons.  The criminal summons charged Turner III with two counts of theft less than $1,000.00, rogue and vagabond, computer illegal access, and computer illegal access/alter data in reference to an incident that occurred on 12-4-16 at 11589 Beckford Avenue.  Turner III was released from custody upon signing for the criminal summons.

  • On 1-18-17, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Troy Booker Nixon, 49, of Princess Anne, Maryland in reference to an outstanding District Court arrest warrant.  The arrest warrant charged Nixon with six counts of theft less than $100.00 in reference to several theft incidents that occurred in November and December of 2016.  Nixon was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $2,500.00 bond.  Nixon was subsequently released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

  • On 1-12-17, the Princess Anne Police Department charged an eight-year-old juvenile, of Princess Anne, Maryland with assault second degree and disorderly conduct.  The charges stemmed from a disturbance in the area of Brittingham Lane near the Food Lion Store.  The case has been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services.
