Princess Anne Police Department incident report

PRINCESS ANNE — The Princess Anne Police Department posts the following recent incidents and arrests.

  • On 10-25-14, the Princess Anne Police Department served Michael Anthony Hasselberger, 22, of Glen Bernie Maryland with an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear in Baltimore City. Hasselberger was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Hasselberger on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 10-24-14, the Princess Anne Police Department served Brett Wayne Fratianni, 54, of Princess Anne Maryland with three outstanding District Court Bench Warrants for failure to appear. Two of the bench warrants were out of Somerset County while the third one was out of Worcester County. Fratianni was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued two $5,000.00 bonds for one of the cases in Somerset County and the case in Worcester County. A $10,000.00 bond was also issued for the second case in Somerset County. Fratianni was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 10-24-14, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Charles Randolph Johnson, 70, of Princess Anne Maryland for assault second degree. The arrest stemmed from a domestic disturbance complaint at 12094 College Place. Johnson was charged with assault second degree and seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $15,000.00 bond. Johnson was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.

 

  • On 10-22-14, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Margaret Ann Aye, 50, of Princess Anne Maryland for an outstanding warrant from Virginia. Aye was charged on a fugitive warrant and seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued no bond. Aye was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center pending extradition to the State of Virginia.

 

  • On 10-20-14, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Lisa Rose Richardson, 53, of Princess Anne Maryland and Robin Lyn Cox, 22, of Princess Anne Maryland for assault second degree. The arrests stemmed from an assault investigation that occurred at 30411 Spruce Street. Both Richardson and Cox were charged with assault second degree, obstructing and hindering, failure to obey a lawful and reasonable order, and disturbing the peace. Both Cox and Richardson were seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a temporary commitment on Cox and issued an unsecure $5,000.00 bond on Richardson. Cox was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
