PRINCESS ANNE — Two Princess Anne men were charged with malicious destruction of property (MDOP) after several vehicles were damaged by shots from a BB or other pellet gun overnight between Dec. 27-28. Princess Anne Police arrested Malik Jamil Gary, 19, and Jamon Ahmene Ligon, 18, and charged them with 11 count of MDOP less than $1,000; two counts of MDOP over $1,000; and one count of MDOP scheme over $1,000.
The arrests were made Dec. 29 and Gary and Ligon were placed on $5,000 bond. An initial appearance in District Court is set for Feb. 4. Charges are pending against a 16-year-old male juvenile, also from Princess Anne.
Six incidents were reported having occurred on Queen’s Grant Drive, Mansion Street, Beechwood Street, Valentine Drive, Somerset Avenue, and Beckford Avenue.
