PAPD posts latest incidents and arrests

PRINCESS ANNE — The Princess Anne Police Department posts the following incidents and arrests.

  • On 7-29-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Cody Braxton Hicks, 21, of Princess Anne Maryland for possession of a controlled dangerous substance. The arrest stemmed from a suspicious persons complaint at the Somerset County Civic Center grounds. Hicks was stopped by officers and found to be in possession of a controlled dangerous substance. Hicks was released from custody after being issued a civil citation for possession of marijuana less than 10 grams and a criminal citation for possession of a controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.

 

  • On 7-29-15, the Princess Anne Police Department arrested Edward Bear Mastandrea, 19, of Princess Anne Maryland for possession of burglar tools.       The arrest stemmed from a suspicious person complaint at the Somerset County Civic Center grounds.       Mastandrea was stopped by officers and found to be in possession of suspected burglar tools. Mastandrea was charged with burglary 4th degree burglary/burglar tools. Mastandrea was seen by a District Court Commissioner who released Mastandrea on personal recognizance.

 

  • On 7-28-15, the Princess Anne Police Department served Dontrell Lamonte Braxton, 20, of Princess Anne Maryland with an outstanding District Court arrest warrant. The warrant charged Braxton with trespassing and violating an exparte/protective order. Braxton was seen by a District Court Commissioner who issued a $5,000.00 bond.       Braxton was released into the custody of the Somerset County Detention Center.
