Orientation to prepare for Methodist Annual Conference set May 19
DOVER — In preparation for the 231st Session of the Peninsula-Delaware Annual Conference an orientation will be held 6:30 to 9 pm. Tuesday, May 19 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Salisbury.
The Annual Conference is Thursday through Saturday, June 4-6 at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne with the laity meeting at 8:30 a.m. in the Ella Fitzgerald Center and clergy assembling at 9 for an executive session in the Student Center.
The BMCR African-American Summit will precede all of the events on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 2-3 also at UMES. For more details visit www.pen-del.org.
