Eden - Norman William Hansen died Thursday, Jan. 1, 2015, at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury. Born in Patterson, N.J., he was the son of the late William Hansen and Catherine McMahon Hansen. He was a talented Locksmith and Auto Body and Outdoor Power Equipment business owner. In retirement, he was an usher at Asbury United Methodist Church and enjoyed creating beautiful woodworking crafts for family and friends. He was a US Army veteran. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Joan Lois Leeman Hansen; a daughter, Elaine Salvador of Wantage, N.J.; a granddaughter, Kristina Salvador; and a brother, Raymond Hansen of Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a son, David Newman; two grandsons; and a brother, Lou Hansen. A memorial service was held on Wednesday at Asbury United Methodist Church. The Rev. Benita Harris officiated. Arrangements were in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
