Mary Alice Moore

DELMAR - Mary Alice Moore died Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Christiansburg, Va., she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Edith Collins Miles.
She graduated from Christiansburg High School in Virginia, where she was active in basketball. She was homemaker most of her life.
She is survived by her husband, Ralph C. Moore Sr.; a son, Ralph C. "Curtis" Moore Jr.; two daughters, Phyllis Burton of Whaleyville and Teresa Moore of Parsonsburg; four grandchildren; a brother, Charlie Wayne Miles; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert Miles, Wilfred Miles and Clarence Miles Jr.; and a sister, Louise Price.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018, at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. Interment was at Parsons Cemetery in Salisbury.
