VIENNA - Marie M. Stoker Lee, 87, died at her home near Vienna on Tuesday, Dec. 25, 2007.
She was born in Secretary, on Oct. 24, 1920 the daughter of the late Medford James Stoker and Margaret Saunders Stoker. Her husband, Paul Dashields Lee preceded her in death nine days ago on Dec. 16, 2007.
She was a packer at Hurlock Pickling Co. for 12 years and then worked with her husband, growing produce, on the family farm.
She attended church at the present Unity-Washington United Methodist Church for many years including 18 years of perfect attendance. She enjoyed her family, her flowers, and hunting with members of her family.
She is survived by two daughters, Linda Lee Adshead and Nancy Lee Hinnershitz (Harold), both of Vienna; six grandsons, George Adshead Jr. of Chicago, Danny (Bridget) Adshead of East New Market, Hollie (Sherry) Robbins Jr. of Vienna, Scott Harrison of North Carolina, and Samuel "Skippy" Harrison and Troy Harrison, both of Preston; six great-grandchildren, Dalton Adshead, Skye Adshead, Gavin Adshead, Amanda Robbins, Jenna Robbins and Kara Robbins; a son-in-law, Hollie R. Robbins Sr. of East New Market; a sister, Audrey Walden of Hurlock and several nieces and nephews.
Two brothers, Ward Stoker and James Stoker and two sisters, Mattie Stoker Wells and Angeline Stoker Hoffman preceded her in death.
Funeral services for her will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A. in Federalsburg with the Rev. Delmer Willey officiating. Burial will follow in Brookview Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
