Margaret 'Margie' Louise Sharer, 56

TANEYTOWN - Margaret Louise "Margie" Sharer, of Taneytown, died Friday morning, Jan. 23, 2009, in the University Hospital in Baltimore. She was 56. Born July 1, 1952, in Baltimore, she was the daughter of the late John A. Jones Sr. and Roberta Shelton Jones. She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Ronald E. Sharer; a daughter and son-in-law, Christina L. "Tina" and Randy Stull; son and companion, Ronald E. "Jay" Sharer Jr. and Bonnie Yingling; one granddaughter, Savannah Lynn Raven Stull all of Taneytown; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley Jean and Michael B. Tarbox; brother and sister-in-law, Larry W. and Betsy B. Jones, all of Cambridge. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Charlene Prosser and brother, John A. Jones Jr. Funeral services were held Monday, Jan. 26, 2009, at the Fletcher Funeral Home, P.A., 254 E. Main St., Westminster where the Rev. Charles E. Barnhart Jr., Pastor of Keysville Lutheran Church officiated. Burial was in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
