Marshall, 77 CRISFIELD - Loretta Adelaide Marshall, 77, of Crisfield, and formerly of Tylerton, Smith Island, died Saturday, April 11, 2015 at Alice Byrd Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield. Born in Crisfield September 15, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Otis and Mary Brown Tyler. She was a homemaker. Her husband, Elwood Franklin Marshall died on October 1, 1987. Her memberships included the Immanuel United Methodist Church in Crisfield, and the Union United Methodist Church on Tylerton, where she sang in the choir in both churches, and was a member of the former Chesapeake Chapter # 28 Order of the Eastern Star in Crisfield. She was also a private piano teacher. Surviving are her son, Eric Marshall and wife Elaine of Edgewater, Md.; her daughter, Dora Lynn Corbin and husband Harvey of Tylerton; her brother, Carl Tyler & wife Pam of Crisfield; her sister, Sandra Evans and husband Chelton of Salisbury; three grandchildren, Bryan Corbin and wife Kristen, Adam Corbin and wife Rachel, and Casey Corbin; and four great-grandchildren, Faith, Kimberly, Anna, and Kamryn Corbin. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two daughters, Denise Marshall (1979) and Donna Rosemary Marshall (2010). Funeral services were held Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the Union United Methodist Church on Tylerton. Pastor Rick Edmund officiated. Interment was in the church cemetery.
