Lions Vision Days coming to help those in need of glasses, eye exam
CRISFIELD — The Crisfield Lioness Lions Club is asking the public to help them help others by making a donation during Lions Visions Days, Friday and Saturday, April 8-9. On those days club members and Crisfield High School Leo Club members will be at the entrance to Gordon’s Confectionery, 831 W. Main Street, accepting donations large or small to support the Lions Vision Research Foundation.
Funds raised will help pay for eye exams and glasses for local residents. Through the generous support of area residents Lions can make a difference in the community.
The Lioness Lions meet the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Water’s Edge Café, 1108 W. Main Street. For more information visit the club’s Facebook page or stop by to attend a meeting. New members are always welcome.
