Leonard Mason 'Lenny' Doss, 40 MARION - Leonard Mason "Lenny" Doss, 40, of Marion, and formerly of Pennsylvania and Delaware, died suddenly Friday, May 21, 2010, from injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike. Born in Pottsville, Pa., on May 24, 1969, he was a son of Margaret Ellen Bay Lutz of Saint Clair, Pa., and the late Robert Lee Doss. He was a truck driver for Southern Connection Seafood in Crisfield where he had been employed for the past six years. Lenny enjoyed plastic canvas needlepoint crafts, puzzles, and Chinese buffet. He also had a great love for animals; they were his "babies." He had a big heart of gold, and was loved by everyone he met. A devoted and loving husband, son, brother, and uncle, Lenny is survived by his wife of 10 years, Norma Fowler Doss of Marion; his mother, Margaret Ellen Bay Lutz of St. Clair, Pa.; his sister, Robin Staab and her husband Kenny of Marion; two brothers, Steven Waddell and his wife Susan of Saint Clair and Bobby Lee Doss of Bel Air, Md.; his step-sister, Connie Slater of Delaware; his nieces and nephews, Tina McNulty, Stephanie Benedict, Jeffery Carl, Anna Doss, Joey Doss, Linda White, Monica Wegt, Hans Wegt, Brian Burke and Brandon Staab; and many special great-nieces and nephews. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother, Linda Mildred Waddell, Ruby Vera Lake Martin, and William Walker Waddell. Memorial services were held Thursday, May 27, 2010, at Bradshaw & Sons Funeral Home in Crisfield where friends called two hours prior. The Rev. Bonnie Martin officiated. Lenny's biggest concern was for his wife to be taken care of. Please send donations in lieu of flowers to the Lenny Doss Memorial Trust, c/o Hebron Savings Bank, 57 Richardson Avenue, Crisfield, MD 21817.
