DELMAR - Kenneth Ray Bradley, Jr., died Wednesday, Apr. 19, 2017, at Coastal Hospice At The Lake in Salisbury. Born in Oriole, he was a son of the late Kenneth Ray Bradley, Sr. and Mary Ernestine Baltz Bradley.
After graduating from Washington High School he took a job with DuPont in Seaford but left to go back to working on the farm. Other places he worked throughout his lifetime included Suburban Propane and T. Talbott Bond. He also worked as an independent truck driver and as a mechanic; and owned the Western Auto in Delmar for several years.
He was a member of St. Stephen's United Methodist Church in Delmar, and active in the Delmar Kiwanis Club, the Beaver Run Ruritan Club and the Delmar Lions Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of over 60 years, Millicent Anne Young Bradley.
He is survived by his daughters, Mary Anne Mills, of Salisbury, Connie Raye Bradley, of Decatur, Ga., and Pamela Jean Finazzo, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; four grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
A funeral service was held Monday, Apr. 24, 2017, at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. Interment was at St. Andrews Episcopal Cemetery in Princess Anne.
