SALISBURY - Jane A. Rassa Adams, 84, of Salisbury, died, Saturday, March 7, 2015, at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. Born in Salisbury, she was the daughter of the late James A. Rassa and Myrtle Washburn Rassa. She retired from the C&P Telephone and Southern Bell Daytona Beach, Fla., in the business office after 30 years of service. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America of the Lower Shore of Maryland. With her spare time she also loved to read books of all kinds and play cards; she loved all animals and did all that she could to help those animals in need. She is survived by her children, Steve L. Adams of Salisbury and Shelley A. Jones of Mardela Springs; as well as several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her husband, Sherman L. Adams; and a sister, Barbara Rassa Parker. A funeral service was held Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. Burial was in Shad Point Cemetery.
