GREENSBORO, Md. - Irene Garrettson, 66, of Greensboro, Md. passed away on Sunday, December 28, 2014 at Kent General Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Hurd; daughter, Regina L. Anawalt-Barrere of Grasonville; grandchildren, Collin Anawalt, Ryleigh Thomas, Carleigh Thomas, Kayleigh Holden and Celestena Barrere; and many brothers and sisters. Her funeral service will be 2 p.m., Monday, January 5, 2015 at the Fleegle & Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro, where a visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Greensboro Cemetery following the service.
