Immanuel UMCagain has food during Crab Derby parade

Posted

CRISFIELD — Another annual tradition of the National Hard Crab Derby is the food sold on the lawn in front of Immanuel United Methodist Church during the parade. That will again be available with its usual homemade crab cake sandwiches and Smith Island cake on the menu but this year there are two new additions: Crabby Dogs and Crab Dip and Crackers both available for $6.

The church is located along the parade round at 206 W. Main Street. Crab cakes are $8, hotdogs are $2, watermelon cups are $1 and assorted beverages are $1. Restrooms are open inside the air-conditioned church hall.

The serving starts 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2 and the parade steps off at 11.
