CAMBRIDGE - Hugh Kendell Mack, 54, known as "Mack Daddy," passed away on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2008 at his home in Cambridge.

He was born Nov. 17, 1953 in Dorchester County, son of the late Catherine Mack and Charles Greene. He attended the public schools of Dorchester County and was a graduate of Mace's Lane High School, Class of 1971.

Hugh was employed for Moxey's Taxicab Company for several years. Mack was well known in the community.

Mr. Mack is survived by his wife, Beulah; a brother, Marvis; an aunt, Elsie Hughes; a daughter, LaKeisha Pritchett; two stepsons, Reginald Quailes and Tyrone Johnson; a stepdaughter, Cynthia Quailes; a stepgranddaughter, Kia Quailes; a grandson, Donte Skinner Jr.; two granddaughters, Kheeiza Henneghen, Natalya Pritchett; three adopted daughters, Lena, Shanqua and Anyea Burton and a number of stepgrand and great-grandchildren and four nieces, all of Cambridge.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William Mack.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, at St. John Holiness Church, 500 Edgewood Ave., Cambridge with a viewing one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery.

The Henry Funeral Home, PA is handling the arrangements.
