WYOMING, DE - Helen Mae Stevens passed away Thursday, July 6, 2023, at Kent General Hospital.
Helen was born May 4, 1940, in Chestertown, Maryland to the late William James Faulkner and Helen Imogene Thompson Faulkner.
Helen worked for C & P Telephone company in Maryland after graduating Chestertown High school before moving to California, where she started working for Procter and Gamble where she worked for 25 years. She moved to the Dover, DE area in the 1990's where she started selling real estate for Century 21 retiring in 2020. Helen enjoyed traveling, reading, and collecting nut crackers, and loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her sister, Barbara Hanifee.
She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Charles Arthur Stevens of Wyoming; sisters, Joyce Hodgson and her husband Bill and Janet Reynolds and her husband Charles both of Chestertown, MD; and her caregiver, Anna Watson of Dover.
Services will be private.
