CRISFIELD - George Andrew Murray III, 60, died on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2006.

He was born on Aug. 8, 1946, in Cambridge son of Edith G. Spicer Murray and George Andrew Murray Jr.

"Feet"s" as he was affectionately called, was a member of the Class of 1964 of Mace"s Lane High School in Cambridge.

He served his country with honor in Vietnam. Mr. Murray was a professional truck driver for most of his adult life.

In addition to his parents Mr. Murray is survived by his wife, Helen Murray; two aunts, Vera Brockman (Gregory) of Denver, Colo. and Lula Washington of Worton; mother-in-law, Pastor Dorothy Holden; sister-in-law, Dorothy Merritt (John) and brother-in-law, Oliver Sutton. Mr. Murray is also survived by three sons, Timothy Lamont Murray of Cambridge, Darin LeVar Murray and Devin JaMar Murray both of Crisfield; two grandchildren, Ja"Khi Maddox and SaNaa Murray and one god Child, Teleah Sydnor Andrews; seven sisters, Edith Cornish (Tracey), Bernadette Murray, Ethel Murray, Watina Greene, Jewel Camper, Sharon Greene Foster and Yolanda Murray; four brothers, Rudolph Sharp (Patricia), Andrew Anderson (Elsie), Larry Murray and James Greene; a special cousin, Lauretta Freeman of Worton and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins and Kevin Smith; friends, Fred Batson of Baltimore, Roger Pinder of Rhodesdale and Ricky Eldridge of Jessup.

Two brothers, Gregory Murray and Dwight Johns, preceded Mr. Murray in death.

Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, at Bethel AME Church in Cambridge, with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the Eastern Shore Veterans" Cemetery at Beulah.

There will be a viewing held Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m., at Highway Holiness Church in Hopewell.

Arrangements are being handled by the Henry Funeral Home, P.A. in Cambridge.
