FEDERALSBURG - Eunice Katherine Dolby, 94, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2006, at the Pines Nursing Home in Easton.
She was born April 23, 1912, in West Virginia, daughter of the late John and Virginia Cash Mays.
She was a seamstress and also had worked for Gray Block in Easton.
She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Dolby; six grandchildren, Samuel T. "Tommy" Murphy Jr., Linda Alejandro, Brenda O'Ferrall, Michelle Mansfield, Danny Hoover, David Hoover; 15 great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by three children, Mary K. Andrews, Arthur W. Hoover Jr., Anna Mae Murphy; three grandsons, Bruce James Murphy, Michael Wesley Murphy, Charles "Ricky" Murphy Sr., and she was the last of five brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at Framptom Funeral Home, P.A., in Federalsburg. Burial will follow at Maryland Eastern Shore Veterans' Cemetery at Beulah. Friends may call at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
