SALISBURY - Dexter G. Lunsford died on Fri., May 29, 2015, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake. Born in Natural Bridge, Va., he was the son of the late Fred and Delight Wilson Lunsford. He served 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1974. He loved to travel and had enjoyed the Eastern Shore for the last 10 years. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Cindy Lunsford of Salisbury; two sons, Rico Lunsford of Ludwigshafen, Germany, and Dwight Lunsford of Harrison, Tenn.; two grandsons; a great-grandson; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service was held on Mon., June 1, 2015, at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Falling Spring Cemetery in Glasgow, Va.
