Chambers Salisbury - Debra Bradshaw Chambers, daughter of Philip and Agnes (Ricki) Bradshaw was born February 6, 1961 in Cambridge, Maryland. She died June 9th, 2015 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, Maryland. Two of her last wishes were to see her son Stephen graduate from Highland Park High School in Dallas, Texas and to return home to the Eastern Shore. Stephen graduated on May 29 while she proudly watched and he will attend the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. On June 4th she was flown home to the Eastern Shore from Highland Park, Dallas, Texas. She was an extremely devoted and loving mother to Stephen, Thomas and Elizabeth Chambers who will make their home in Salisbury and was very active in their school activities in Florida and Texas. She graduated from St. Peter and Paul School in Easton, Maryland; Mary Washington College (MWC) in Fredericksburg, Virginia and received her Masters from what is now Salisbury University in Maryland. Her career started in Washington D.C. where she worked at Fettig and Donalty and the Center for National Policy. Upon returning to Salisbury she worked at K & L Microwave and as a Vice President at Filtronic Comtek. In Dallas she did business consulting and was the Executive Director of the Dallas Tennis Association. For three years she fought a battle with cancer and was constantly amazed at the love and support of her high school, MWC, and Highland Park Texas friends. Her family will forever be grateful to them and to all others for their support. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015 at 11 a.m. at St. Peters Episcopal Church in Salisbury, Md. with a visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church. A private interment will be held at a later date in Secretary, Maryland. Donation can be made in memory to Coastal Hospice at the Lake, or St Peters Episcopal Church. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home, P.A., 501 Snow Hill Rd., Salisbury, MD 21804. Please visit www.hollowayfh.com to express condolences to the family.
