Daniel D. Dutton, 85 QUANTICO - Daniel D. Dutton died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, at Ridgeway Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Catonsville, Md. Born in Wetipquin, he was the son of the late Charles Fletcher Dutton and Edith Mae Seldon. He was a member of Mount Zion United Methodist Church in Quantico. Prior to retiring, he was employed by Factor Trucking Service in Bristol, Pa. He is survived by four daughters, Illease Davis, Maxine Watson, Karen Ward and Kimberly G. Dutton; a son, Thomas Griffin; 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Hattie Louise Rider Dutton; two sons, Dwight Watson and David Dutton; five sisters, Esther L. Jones, Florence M. Bivens, Alena E. Burton, Lillie B. Wright and Ruth M. Duffy; and four brothers, Joseph L. Dutton, Watson S. Dutton, Charles R. Dutton and Harvey S. Dutton. A graveside service was held Thursday, Jan. 21, 2021, at Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron. Arrangements are in the care of Lewis N. Watson Funeral Home in Salisbury.
