Community Thanksgiving services are planned in both ends of Somerset County for the public to come together and share the blessings of the season.
In Princess Anne, the service will be held 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 25 at Antioch United Methodist Church, corner of Somerset and Antioch avenues.
In Crisfield, the Ministerial Association will hold the service 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26 at Shiloh United Methodist Church on Fourth and Locust streets. The Rev. Bob Daniels will be the guest speaker.
“Everyone welcome to come together for a wonderful time in the Lord as we give thanks for God’s many blessings He bestows upon us,” said Pastor Joe Barnes, on of the organizers, of Marion Baptist Church.
Please bring canned or non-perishable food items for the food pantry and a love offering will be taken for the Seton Center.
