Born in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Shirley Wilson Robertson, and raised by the late Florence and Clifford Wilson. He was proud of his American Indian Ancestry being a part of the Nanticoke Tribe. He also was a U.S. Army veteran who served from 1978-1981. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and NASCAR fan. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and foreman for Chesapeake Paving for many years. He is survived by his wife, Debbie; two stepdaughters, Jodi Lemon of Parsonsburg and Ashley Mason of Salisbury; a sister, Cindy Tubbs of Berlin; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Massey. The family will conduct a Celebration Of His Life on Jan. 13, 2018, at 1 p.m. at the American Legion Post 64 in Salisbury. Arrangements are in the care of Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.
