Carlis Somers, 59

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. - Carlis Somers, 59, of Hendersonville, and formerly of Crisfield, and daughter of the late Bud and Hettie Lentz, died on Wednesday, June 17, 2009, at her home of cancer. She is survived by her husband, Harold Somers; one son, Brian Somers; a devoted stepdaughter, Cathey Gentry; three stepsons; four sisters, Ruth Potter, Brenda Willey, Cheryl Pruitt and her husband Ron, and Judy Bennett and her husband Chris; one brother, Paul Lentz and his wife Kay; three grandsons; eight step grandchildren; and a life long best friend, Mabel Knierim.
