Bessie Hancock

PRINCESS ANNE - Bessie Jean Hancock died Aug. 3, 2018. Born in Salisbury, her parents were the late Carrie James and Herman Lester Sullivan.
She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Tamosaitis; and four grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Messick and Faye Weis; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hancock; three sisters, Anna Brittingham, Doris Baker and Esther Whayland; and two brothers, Charles Sullivan and Walter Sullivan.
A funeral service was held Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018, at Bounds Funeral Home in Salisbury. Interment followed in Wicomico Memorial Park.
