CAMBRIDGE - Arthur "Artie" Edward Brooks, 48, departed this life on Monday, Jan. 31, 2011, at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia, Pa. after a long illness. He was the son of Mary Ella Brooks (Easton) and Authur Copper Jr. (Frances "Muffin" Copper,) Cambridge. In addition to his parents, he leaves to mourn his passing, three brothers, Dallas Sr. and Vincent Brooks (both of Easton) and Thomas Johnson (Cambridge); two sisters, Latricia Brooks (Philadelphia) and Melissa "Missy" Brooks (Delaware). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011, 11 a.m. at St. Luke UM Church, 712 Bradley Ave., Cambridge. Condolences sent to www.henryfuneralhomepa.com.
