Anne E. Baumeister

Anne E. Baumeister, 81 CRISFIELD - Anne E. Baumeister, 81, of Monroeville, Pa., and formerly of Crisfield, died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, at Forbes Regional Hospital in Monroeville. Born in Crisfield on Dec. 6, 1928, she was a daughter of the late Allan and Katie Nelson Somers. A homemaker, she loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing BINGO, and board games with her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed poker, dominos, and pinochle. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Mary Ellen Collins, John Wesley Evans, Lucy Turack, Evelyne Parker, and Jeanette Abbott Dickerson. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth A. Baumeister of Monroeville; three children, Elsie Cooper and her husband Johnny and Lewis Culbertson and his wife Pat, all of Crisfield, and Sharon Campbell and her husband James of Monroeville; a brother, Allan "Froggy" Somers of Crisfield; a special sister, Elizabeth Roush of Princess Anne; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Friday at the Crisfield Church of God. The Rev. LeBron Palmer officiated. Interment followed in Crisfield Cemetery.
