HURLOCK - Anna Louise Harvey, 91, of Hurlock, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at Caroline Nursing Home after a long illness. Born in Cambridge she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Amy Ero. She was a homemaker who deeply loved and cared for her husband and family. A founding member of Grace Baptist Church she sat in the back pew with her husband for every service and church event. She was devoted to the Lord and looked forward to singing in the Trio on Sundays. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-laws, Ben and Julia Harvey of Federalsburg and Robert and Cheryl Harvey of Hurlock; eight grandchildren, Chuck Harvey, Melissa Blake, Carli Lankford, Ashton Harvey, Wally and Tom Eason, Jo Ann White, and Brandi Christopher; 15 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Shirlee Collins of Preston; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Charles "Bud" Harvey in 2000; and three brothers, Frank, Robert, and Donald Ero. A funeral service was held Monday at 11 a.m. at Grace Baptist Church in Hurlock. Pastor David Talley and Pastor Dave Stewart officiated. Interment followed the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Eastern Shore. Friends called Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. at the church.
